Step 1
Free consult call- During this brief conversation, we talk about your concerns, review relevant background information, and determine whether speech therapy may be beneficial. This is also a time to ask questions, learn about services, and discuss scheduling and options.
Step 2
If therapy is recommended, the next step is a comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation includes standardized testing, informal observations, and caregiver input to identify strengths, challenges, and functional communication needs. Results are reviewed with you, and individualized goals are created based on the patient’s specific needs and priorities.
Step 3
Following the evaluation, therapy sessions begin. Sessions are personalized, evidence-based, and designed to be engaging and functional. Progress is monitored regularly, goals are updated as needed, and families are encouraged to participate so skills can be supported and practiced beyond the therapy setting.
Payment and Insurance
Pinnacle Therapy MT is a private pay speech therapy practice, which means payment for services is made directly by the client at the time of service. This model allows me to focus fully on high-quality, individualized care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. By operating as a private pay practice, I am able to spend more time on thorough evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and meaningful progress for each client.
Although Pinnacle Therapy MT does not directly bill insurance, I am happy to provide superbills upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information many insurance companies require for clients to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement. Clients may submit these superbills to their insurance carrier for possible partial reimbursement based on their individual plan benefits.
I encourage families to contact their insurance provider directly to learn about their out-of-network coverage, reimbursement rates, and any requirements for submitting claims. I am always happy to answer questions and support you in navigating this process so you can make informed decisions about your care.
